"Jim and his team really came through for our client. The agent selling their home informed them that the new buyers insisted all lawn furniture and building materials scattered across their two-acre property be removed—or they’d face legal action. To make matters more challenging, the property had just undergone septic system work, leaving the ground soft and muddy from recent rain. Our client, already in Florida anticipating the closing just days away, called us in a panic. I immediately reached out to Jim, and he got back to me right away.
