Jim and his team really came through for our client. The agent selling their home informed them that the new buyers insisted all lawn furniture and building materials scattered across their two-acre property be removed—or they’d face legal action. To make matters more challenging, the property had just undergone septic system work, leaving the ground soft and muddy from recent rain. Our client, already in Florida anticipating the closing just days away, called us in a panic. I immediately reached out to Jim, and he got back to me right away. We discussed the situation, what needed to be removed, and the tight deadline. Jim quickly provided a quote and assured us he could have everything cleared well before closing. Last night (Friday), Jim and his team delivered in a big way. Not only did they remove everything, but they also did it on short notice at an incredibly reasonable price. I got Jim's number off a cork board at a local business I needed a heavy sink removed from my basement I called Jim and and his helper Dave went above and beyond he even showed up on Sunday morning to remove this heavy sink from my cellar they showed up and it was gone in a half an hour flawlessly and at a fair price I definitely recommend Jim's Junk Removal.

Great service! I called one afternoon and they were able to come remove my two heavy sofas and an old toilet that same evening. I appreciate how quickly they were able to fit us in for a last minute call and how quick the service was when they got here. Good communication leading up to their arrival, as well. Jim is the go to guy when you need your junk remove. He provides professional service. He’s a very nice person to talk to. after he moved all the unnecessary junk from my basement, he swept the entire basement, made it look sparkling, clean. Organize the rest of the things that was left. I mean, you can’t go wrong with this guy. His price is very reasonable. He responds to his calls/messages in a timely fashion, and that’s a plus for me. Book Jim You won’t regret it.
Jim was fantastic to work with. He picked up a glass tabletop from me. He was very responsive when I reached out, quick to pick up my junk, and was fair in his pricing. He reached out to me before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. On a side note, while showing him where my tabletop was, I slipped and blew out my knee. I couldn't bear weight and Jim went above and beyond to help me up and out of the rain and waited with me until EMS arrived. Even after they arrived, he stuck around to make sure there was no other way he could be of assistance. Jim is a stand-up guy with outstanding character. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough and will use his services for all future junk removal needs.
We used Jim to remove a very old shed in our backyard and in just a few hours he had the shed down and cleaned up so well it looked fantastic. Absolutely great! This was a big job, they brought the big truck, and even then it was touch and go if it would all fit (it did!) Throughout it all Jim and his helper were friendly, efficient and super helpful. I would not hesitate to to hire Jim again, just a great experience.
